The Waking
I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow.
I feel my fate in what I cannot fear.
I learn by going where I cannot go.
We think by feeling. What is there to know?
I hear my being dance from ear to ear.
I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow.
Of those so close beside me, which are you?
God bless the Ground! I shall walk softly there,
And learn by going where I have to go.
Light takes the Tree, but who can tell us how?
The lowly worm climbs up a winding stair;
I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow.
Great Nature has another thing to do
To you and me; so take the lively air,
And, lovely, learn by going where to go.
This shaking keeps me steady. I should know.
What falls away is always. And is near.
I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow.
I learn by going where I have to go.

Tuesday Trivia Quiz
These are some weird ones. If you know a couple of them, we might need to worry about you. I'll provide hints if necessary (except for #2 & 6 - no clue whatsoever!). Please don't know #1, but if you do, you can admit it here among friends. What are Chuckles anyway?
1. People & Places - Whose concert was the reason the Taj Mahal was lit at night for the first time?
2. Arts & Entertainment - What duo sang about the year 2525, and were never heard in the "Top 40" again?
3. History - What was established by the British Prime Minister William Pitt to pay for the Napoleanic Wars?
4. Science & Nature - Which insect queen typically lives for fifty homebound years?
5. Sports & Leisure - What is the popular name of the game "bagattaway," first played by the Iroquois in upstate New York and Canada in the late 1400's?
6. Wild Card - What is always the center color in a pack of Chuckles?
7. Movie - In this picture an orphan becomes a galactic hero. A hot shot pilot and a captured princess are two of the memorable characters in this film. I won't even add the last clue since you will know it from these two.
