The Waking
I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow.
I feel my fate in what I cannot fear.
I learn by going where I cannot go.
We think by feeling. What is there to know?
I hear my being dance from ear to ear.
I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow.
Of those so close beside me, which are you?
God bless the Ground! I shall walk softly there,
And learn by going where I have to go.
Light takes the Tree, but who can tell us how?
The lowly worm climbs up a winding stair;
I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow.
Great Nature has another thing to do
To you and me; so take the lively air,
And, lovely, learn by going where to go.
This shaking keeps me steady. I should know.
What falls away is always. And is near.
I wake to sleep, and take my waking slow.
I learn by going where I have to go.

A Post
OK, posting a trivia quiz isn't the same as writing an entry in my blog. I did have to choose a card from the box, think about the answers, wonder who would answer the questions. and type it, though. Oh no, not a fly-by-night type of deal here! I'm a professional quizzer. Yes, I do that for a living and much more!
Interesting article when I logged onto blogger.com today about a guy at Microsoft who lost his job because of his blog. Interesting times, huh? I'm posting this at school during my planning period, by the way. :-) Your taxpayer money put to good use!
What are you Americans doing for Thanksgiving? We're going to Mother's and will enjoy that. Butch went back into the hospital yesterday because of trouble with that same area that's been bothering him around one of the stents. He should be home tomorrow and is doing well.
We're actually off tomorrow! This is great getting Wednesday off as well as Thursday and Friday! I'm so glad!
